Content Strategy, Audits & White Papers
A plan for what to publish, an honest assessment of what you already have, and the long-form pieces that don't fit anywhere else. Scoped and quoted per project.
Some work doesn't fit neatly into "write me a blog post." A website full of pages nobody can find. Forty old posts and no idea which ones are still earning their keep. A technical argument that needs twenty pages and a proper structure rather than a listicle. This is where that goes.
Content Strategy
A strategy answers a narrow question: given your business, your customers, and the time you realistically have, what should you publish and in what order? That means keyword research grounded in your actual market, a topic plan mapped to what people search at each stage of deciding, and a publishing cadence you can hold — twice a month you'll actually do beats weekly you'll abandon in March.
If you want the case for why this matters before committing to it, we've argued it at length in why your local business needs a content strategy.
Content Audits
An audit looks at what's already on your site and sorts it: what's working and should be extended, what's close and needs updating, what's actively hurting you and should be merged or removed. Thin duplicate pages, posts targeting the same keyword and cannibalising each other, and pages nobody has linked to internally are the usual findings.
You get back a page-by-page list with a recommended action on each, ordered by impact — so it's a work plan rather than a report you file and forget.
White Papers and Long-Form
For businesses that need to make a substantial argument in one document: a position piece, a research-backed guide, a downloadable resource that earns an email address. These involve real research and a structure built for someone reading twenty pages rather than skimming five hundred words. Priced individually because scope varies enormously.
Pricing
Everything here is quoted per project, because a three-page site audit and a forty-page one aren't the same job. Send over what you're dealing with and expect a fixed quote back within one business day — not an hourly rate that drifts. Standard package and per-service pricing is on the pricing page if you're comparing.
Is This You?
Businesses that have been publishing for a while without a plan and can feel it, and those about to rebuild a website who'd rather decide what the pages should say before a developer starts. If the outcome is a stack of pieces to write, it usually rolls straight into content writing; if it needs numbers behind it first, research and analysis comes first.
If it doesn't fit neatly into any category on this site, ask anyway — that's what this page is for.
