By accessing or using Exall Digital' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

We provide the following services:

• Content writing services (blog posts, articles, etc.)
• Social media content creation
• Email newsletter writing
• Product descriptions
• Market research reports
• Data extraction & analysis
• Competitor analysis
• Technical documentation

What we do NOT provide:

• Legal advice
• Medical advice
• Financial advice
• Government services

Pricing:

• Services are priced as stated in our proposals or service agreements
• Prices may change with notice
• All prices are in CAD unless otherwise stated

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice
• Late payments incur a 5% monthly penalty
• Accepted methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Cash

Refunds:

• Full refund if work not started
• Pro-rated refund for partially completed work
• No refunds for rejected revisions after 2 rounds

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information for your project
• Respond to requests within 48 hours
• Pay invoices on time
• Not use our services for illegal purposes
• Not plagiarize our work

You may NOT:

• Use our content for illegal activities
• Resell our services without permission
• Claim our work as your own
• Use our content in a defamatory way

Upon payment, you receive:

• Full ownership of all deliverables
• Right to use content as specified in your agreement
• Right to modify content as needed

We retain:

• Right to use anonymized samples in our portfolio
• Right to use client testimonials (with written consent)
• All rights to our methodologies and processes

We warrant that:

• Services will be performed with reasonable care
• Work will be original and not plagiarized
• We will meet agreed-upon deadlines

You warrant that:

• Information provided is accurate and complete
• You have the right to use the content as intended
• You will not infringe on third-party rights

Our liability is limited to:

• The total fees paid under your agreement
• Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Not liable for lost profits or business opportunities

Your liability is limited to:

• Fees owed under your agreement
• Not liable for our lost income or reputation

You agree to indemnify us against:

• Claims arising from your use of our services
• Claims arising from your breach of these Terms
• Legal costs associated with defending against such claims

We agree to indemnify you against:

• Claims arising from our negligence
• Claims arising from our breach of these Terms

We may terminate your access if you:

• Fail to pay invoices
• Breach these Terms
• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Engage in abusive behavior

You may terminate by:

• Stopping use of our services
• Notifying us in writing

Upon termination:

• You lose access to ongoing services
• You retain rights to completed work
• Outstanding invoices remain due

SERVICES PROVIDED "AS IS"

We do not guarantee:

• Specific results or outcomes
• That content will rank in search engines
• That content will meet all your business goals
• Unlimited availability of services

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
