You reach out through the contact form or by email with a bit about your business and what you need. We'll follow up to discuss scope and pricing, and once that's confirmed, we get to work on a first draft. You'll review it, we'll make revisions based on your feedback, and once you're happy with it, it's yours to publish.

Blog posts and social content typically ship within 3-5 business days. Market research reports take 1-2 weeks. Technical documentation runs about 2-3 days per page. The Growth package, which bundles a market research report with more content, typically runs 10-14 business days end to end. Enterprise-scale volume is coming soon, once we've scaled up capacity to deliver it reliably.

Standard projects include two rounds of revisions based on your feedback. Additional rounds beyond that can be arranged — just ask. The goal is to get it right for you, not to nickel-and-dime small adjustments.

Yes. Once your invoice is paid in full, you receive full ownership of the deliverables and can use, edit, or publish them however you like. We retain the right to display anonymized samples of the work in our own portfolio, unless you'd prefer we didn't.

Every piece is reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by a human before it reaches you — nothing goes out the door unread. AI tools are part of the research and drafting workflow, which is genuinely why we can offer agency-quality content at these prices, but they're a starting point, not the finished product. If you'd like the AI-assisted parts of your project flagged specifically, just say so and we're happy to walk you through exactly how a piece was put together.

That's exactly what the human review step is for. Generic, robotic-sounding copy is a sign of a rushed process, not an inherent limit of AI-assisted writing. Part of onboarding is learning your brand voice, tone, and the specifics of your business, so the final piece reads like it was written by someone who actually knows your business — because by the time it's delivered, we do.

Fair question, especially in a small community. We won't share your materials, strategy, or business details with any other client, ever. If a direct competitor of an existing client reaches out, we'll raise it with you before taking them on, so you're never caught off guard.

Tell us what's not working and we'll revise it within your included revision rounds. If we genuinely can't get it to a place you're happy with, refunds are handled case by case depending on how much work has been completed — full refund if work hasn't started, pro-rated if it's partially done. We'd rather fix it than leave you stuck with something you can't use.

No one can honestly guarantee search rankings — anyone who does is overselling. What we can do is write with solid on-page SEO practices (keyword research, structure, meta descriptions) baked in from the start. Most clients see meaningful movement in search visibility over a few months of consistent content, not overnight.

If your industry isn't listed, reach out anyway; the research and writing process adapts well to new fields.

Payment is due within 14 days of invoice, and we accept e-transfer, bank transfer, and PayPal. All prices are in CAD unless otherwise noted. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Both. The package deals on our Pricing page are monthly subscriptions, so they're built for ongoing work by default — switch or cancel anytime. If you just need a single project, per-service pricing on the same page covers that instead.
